Jeremy Sutton is an American transplant to our beautiful area. He lives in Suffolk Park with his wife and daughter.
Jeremy started doing massage in 1993.
He received his BS from the University of Central Florida in 1995. He also earned his Strength and Conditioning Certification (CSCS) that year. Jeremy attended the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Boulder Colorado in 1998.
In 2000, he moved to Vancouver, Washington, just outside Portland Oregon. There he began teaching massage and started his Rolfing practice.
Jeremy holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage and a certification with the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association.
For the past 12 years Jeremy has provided strength and conditioning and injury management for the Byron Bay F.C. Premier soccer squad. He has also been a busy volunteer on the general committee for the club.
In addition to his bodywork practice and teaching, Jeremy has been a strength coach, personal trainer, and soccer coach for almost 30 years. He’s had a passion for exercise for decades, practiced yoga and mobility and learned all types of weight lifting, kettlebells, Indian clubs, club bells and mace bells along the way.
He is an still an avid soccer player and enjoys family and friends and all the outdoor activities Byron provides.
